Prof. Laszlo Pinter has been invited to give a public lecture at the Association of Foreign Affairs in Lund, Sweden on November 13, 2023. 

Topic: Nature-based solutions as purposeful interventions to address urban and rural sustainability issues and challenges. 

Like we do every fall - except in 2020/21 -, we have welcomed our new students in September by hosting the annual retreat of the CEU department of Environmental Sciences and Policy! 

Last Tuesday, the 21st of March, our students ran a sustainable food roundtable. This discussion, moderated by our MESPOM student Jocelyn Wong, sought to explore what sustainable food means in a Viennese context. It did so by drawing together people working in this field from in and around Vienna.

MESPOM and MESP students of 2022-23 gathered after succesfully presenting their research topics to their peer students and faculty at the 2022 December Student Conference. What a great batch! 

This year 28 talented students from around the world are studying at CEU thanks to supporters of the Alumni Scholarship.  HUGE THANKS to alumni donors for supporting this remarkable class.
