Viktor Lagutov joins the high level Budapest Water Summit, Budapest, Hungary, 8-11 October 2013. To move forward the post-Rio water agenda the President of Hungary announced 2012 in Rio de Janeiro Hungary’s intention to organize an international conference under the auspices of the United Nations in October 2013 in Budapest, Hungary. The 2013 Budapest Water Summit forms part of the events of the UN International Year of Water Cooperation led by UNESCO.
