The paper was presented at the Urban Water 2014, 2nd International Conference on the Design, Construction, Maintenance, Monitoring and Control of Urban Water Systems, Algarve, Portugal, 27-29 May, 2014 with the possibility of further publication at the Journal of Sustainable Development and Planning.
