Representatives of organizations as diverse as the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the Asia Foundation, WWF Azerbaijan, and the municipality of St. Petersburg, Russia came together at CEU last week to explore how information and communication technologies can enable them to improve water management and security practices.

Naira Harutyunyan, PhD Candidate, authors a research article entitled “Partnership Models for Water Governance: a case study in Armenia”. The paper was presented at the Urban Water 2014, 2nd International Conference on the Design, Construction, Maintenance, Monitoring and Control of Urban Water Systems, Algarve, Portugal, 27-29 May, 2014 with the possibility of further publication at the Journal of Sustainable Development and Planning.
