ISEPEI Represented at Eye on Earth Expert Group Meeting in Bonn, Germany

ISEPEI (“In Service ICT Training for Environmental Professionals”), the joint project of CEU and UNEP’s Global Universities Partnership on Environment and Sustainability (GUPES) led by Dr. Viktor Lagutov, is being represented at the “Eye on Earth expert group and Special Initiatives stakeholder meeting on informed decision making for sustainable development” from 3-5 February at the United Nations Centre in Bonn, Germany.

Doctoral student Diane Matar successfully participated in the IUCN World Parks Congress that took place at the Sydney Olympic Park on Nov. 12-21. In the framework of the congress' Stream 1: Reaching Conservation Goals, Diane shared with the audience the results of the first management effectiveness evaluation of UNESCO Biosphere Reserves in North Africa (pic.1).
