The Department of Environmental Sciences and Policy of Central European University is looking for a doctoral candidate in the area of energy transitions.
The fully-funded research based in Vienna will contribute to analysing feasibility of energy transitions compatible with reaching the global climate targets and contribute to the Exploring National and Global Actions to reduce Greenhouse gas Emissions (ENGAGE) project.
The successful candidate should demonstrate strong interest in academic studies of energy systems and energy transitions, excellent academic record and capacity to conduct quantitative and qualitative research.The research proposal would reflect both the interests of the candidate and the research agenda in this area.
