The co-existence and the constantly changing socio-economic-environmental conditions pose new challenges in many areas to citizens and municipality leaders as well. The cities of the future have the potential to become the scenes of mutual adaptation, where their well-established info-communication infrastructure will adapt to the needs of the citizens.
