Syslab's Spatial Mapping and Analysis Research Group (SMARG) and CEU University Wide Course "Introduction to Geospatial Data Visualization" have jointly organized the graduate conference “Talking Maps” on January 11th, 2019.
The conference featured research projects on visualizing geospatial data competed by students from different CEU departments. Participants discussed digital storytelling and using different mapping techniques in various fields. The presented projects covered topics from environment and public policy to history and medieval studies worldwide.
