Year of Enrollment:

Amadeus is currently researching conservation issues surrounding the Central Asian Steppe Tortoise in the Chuy Valley region of Kyrgyzstan.  His interests range from snow leopards to butterflies to endemic tulips, but focus on interactions between ecosystems and human influence.  He also works with using petroglyphs to map how ecosystems, and man's understanding of them, change over time.
