As a Ph.D. Candidate at the Environmental Sciences and Policy Department of the Central European University, I study international environmental goal-setting and implementation. As a contribution to the scientific discourse around the formulation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the context of the post-2015 development agenda, my thesis research aims to identify the key national governance aspects of international environmental goal-setting and implementation processes and translate these aspects into governance indicators and potentially a “Sustainability Transition Management Index”.

My research interests extend to environmental monitoring, sustainable development indicators and well-being measurement tools. Previously, between 2014 and 2009, I worked as a project manager and officer at the REC for CEE on various EU-funded projects focusing on climate change, low-carbon economy and biodiversity.
